HANWHAFLEX® HFC(K) series polyimide-base coverlay films are recommended for use in single-sided, double-sided, multilayer flexible printed circuits, and rigid-flex printed circuits for environmental protection and electrical insulation.
HANWHAFLEX® HFC(K) series polyimide-base coverlay films are composed of polyimide film coated on one side with properly designed, flame-retardant, B-staged epoxy adhesives and releasing paper covered on the adhesive layer. |
